Sculpted Shoulders Workout- 4 exercises that will strengthen and tone your shoulders
Hi there, I hope you are having a great day.
Let’s begin our newsletter with something funny.
A wife taps her husband on the shoulder. Look at that lovely couple sitting on the bench. You know, every time they meet, he holds her close and kisses her passionately.
Why don’t you do that?
I’d love to, the husband says. But I don’t know her.
If you ask me “ which muscle group defines power, strength, and athleticism”, I would say shoulders.
Whether exposed or under your clothes, you can always tell if someone is fit (or not) just by the shape of their shoulders.
So today, I will share with you a little routine that will help you achieve that “athletic” look.
Are you ready?
Sculpted shoulders workout.
This is what you’ll need for these exercises.
I’m going to show you 4 different exercises. The key is to keep your arms up the whole time and to go through the routine without stopping. Will it burn? Yes. Like crazy. Your shoulders will hate you at first but then, they will thank you.
1- Shoulder rotations clockwise
Have your arms straight at shoulder level. Now, create circles in a clockwork direction. Repeat for 25 repetitions.
2- Shoulder rotation counter-clockwise
Repeat the same drill as above but in the opposite direction. Repeat for 25 repetitions.
3- Front/Back
Have your arms straight at shoulder height. Bring your arms forward and then back to the side with your palms facing down. Repeat for 25 repetitions.
4- Shoulder presses
Bring your arms straight up and then, bring them down until your hands are at shoulder level. Repeat this drill for 25 repetitions.
Now, without stopping, let’s do this routine but in a different order.
5- Front/Back
6- Shoulder Presses
7- Shoulder Rotations Clockwise
8- Shoulder Rotations Counter-clockwise
My take
The key to fitness success is longevity. Avoiding injuries will keep you moving longer.
This is why I love this routine. Lightweights are being used. The secret is in the repetitions. This will help shape and tone your shoulders safely.
I’m not going to lie to you. This routine will be hard at first. But with consistency, you will be able to complete the entire sequence without stopping.
To make it even more fun, why don’t you create a “shoulder challenge” at the office or home with the family. Who could complete the entire sequence without dropping their arms?
As always, please share this newsletter with someone you care about

And now, let’s eat.
Sometimes, breakfast needs to be fun. Something that the whole family will enjoy. Cocoa Almond French Toast might just do the trick.
I mean, how can you go wrong mixing french toast and chocolate?
